A Message from the founders:

We thank you for considering Baity's as a new supplier.

To our existing customers: we hope you enjoy the new content and format of our revised website.

After 20 years of service as a master machinist and skilled tool and die maker for such advanced technology companies as Northrop Grumman and Square D, I decided to strike out on my own.

After seeing how the big companies "did it," I was convinced that a different type of organization could perform at much higher levels, with faster speed, greater economy and a different style of employee involvement.

To that end, my wife Carol and I founded Baity's Precision Machining in 1981.

2009 is our 28th year of service to American industry.

We started slowly, acquiring the most technologically advanced equipment that we could afford, and applied specific tools of speed and customer service to grow our organization. We also concentrated on hiring highly trained machinists and developing their skills further within our organization.

Those same traits of speed, quality, and economical performance through the use of technology, and development of our people, still hold true today.

Our new shop and equipment is truly state of the art. Our capabilities in research and development, rapid prototyping, and production machining of an enormous variety of sizes and types of materials reflects our 28 years of experience.

Our custom machine division combined with our jigs and fixtures and tooling departments, continue to assist customers in improving their productivity through inexpensive automation.

In mid 2007 I retired from employment with the company, and in late 2008 Carol did the same.

Our shop and office teams remain intact, and our new president and owner is committed to building upon the strengths and history of our company, positioning Baity's for growth in 2009 and thereafter.
